elimination method: disconnect the motor from the gearbox, start the motor under no load, check the current of each phase with a clamp ammeter, and check the winding of the motor when the current is abnormal, such as checking the insulation with a megger, find out the cause, and then start the motor after treatment
there are ore or steel balls in the feeding box. For closed-circuit grinding, if the ore and steel balls from the bulging belly of the grinding machine are not removed from the feeding box, or after the grinding is stopped, the classifier is not stopped in time, so that the returned sand can be accumulated in the feeding box. When the mill is started, the feeding scoop is blocked, resulting in a large eccentric torque, which causes the motor overload
Troubleshooting: open the treatment hole at the bottom of the feeder box and clean up the ore and steel balls
