(5) remove the cover plate on the column and carefully check the wear condition of the four screws. If they are inconsistent, they should be replaced in time or readjusted according to the wear condition of each screw, But in the future proction, we should increase the inspection times of the lead screw and lead screw, and clean the marble particles on the lead screw in time, so as to prevent the occurrence of large mechanical failure and the phenomenon of "locking" of the lead screw
(6) carefully check the fastening of the connecting plate on each transmission part and the connection between the connecting plate and the transmission shaft. 1. Cause analysis of the disease:

2. If the above problems occur, the following methods should be adopted to solve them:
(1). Check the wear condition of the saw blade support ring and the spindle, and repair or replace them if there is any damage
(2) carefully check the clearance of all bearings in the spindle box, especially whether the axial movement of the pinion shaft is too large. Disassemble the gearbox to check the wear condition of the big and small gears. If there is any damage, replace it to prevent damaging the bearing. Reasonably adjust the clearance of each bearing to make the axial movement of the axle reach 0.07-0.10 mm and the radial jump 0.03-0.07 mm, After installing the large V-belt pulley, the runout of the large V-belt pulley shall not exceed 0.30mm. The axial movement of the main shaft shall not exceed 0.10mm. The radial runout of the main shaft shall be 0-0.03mm. After installing the flange, the runout of the outer end face of the flange shall not exceed 0.14mm. After adjustment, the lock nut shall be locked and the washer tooth between the nut and the bearing shall be put into the empty groove of the nut, Rotate the axle by hand to check the operation of each bearing of the headstock, so as to ensure smooth operation without jamming. If there is jam, the bearing is damaged and must be replaced
(3) clean the stone powder on the large and small V-belts to avoid the vibration caused by static imbalance, and adjust the V-belts to the appropriate degree of tightness
(4) check the fastening condition of the inner and outer flange plates, carefully check the use condition of the inner and outer flange plates, carefully clear the burrs, bumps and oil stains, and meet the above standards after installation
(5) cushion the stone and use less sleepers as far as possible
(6) correct the misplaced cutter head by cutting with firebrick, and select the specified feed speed and depth< The main reasons are as follows:
