1. The provincial talent exchange center can receive the following six types of files:

(4) archives of employees in non-public units. The archives of personnel employed by non-public enterprises and social organizations in Zhengzhou City; Archives of the free and flexible employment personnel; Files of Chinese employees of permanent representative offices of foreign enterprises; Archives of other social management personnel

(5) simple student status file. When filing such files, it is necessary to review the academic certification report, previous resume certificate and work appraisal. If the situation is unclear and the materials are incomplete, they will not be filed

for these three types of personnel, if they have previous work proceres, the student status file should be put back to the original unit and included in their own files, and they are not allowed to store the student status file in our center alone

(6) files transferred from talent service institutions. Archives transferred from talent flow service institutions with archives management authority

(1) sealed and complete personnel files or student status files

(2) the personnel files should be true, accurate, complete and standardized, and should truthfully reflect the date of birth, ecation and training, work experience, post appointment and removal, professional title evaluation, reward and punishment, political outlook, etc

(3) when filing the files of transferred personnel, the "labor contract" working in Zhengzhou unit must be provided

(4) Notice of file transmission

(5) in case of centralized processing in the name of the unit, the original ID card or social security card of the operator and the employee notice of the registered unit of the unit shall be provided; in case of indivial processing, the original ID card or social security card of the operator shall be provided

(6) graates are required to provide the original employment agreement (sealed by Zhengzhou work unit and our center) or relevant certificates of Zhengzhou work unit, such as labor contract, work certificate, etc

3. Processing process:

(1) after entering the information, submit the file and related materials to the staff for review

(2) those meeting the receiving conditions shall go through the filing proceres; If the materials are incomplete, they shall be returned to the original unit for supplementary materials

(3) those who do not meet the acceptance conditions shall be returned and the reasons shall be explained

according to the different conditions of the files that can be received, the archivists can choose the following different file transfer methods to handle the filing proceres:

(1) the original unit has the authority of file management

(a) apply for the commercial transfer letter in our center with the ID card or social security card and the dismissal certificate issued by the original unit

(c) go through the filing proceres with the ID card and the file transfer notice issued by the original unit

(2) resigning and dismissing personnel of provincial organs and public institutions

(b) the provincial talent center accepts the resignation and dismissal materials and personnel files, issues relevant certificates after they are qualified, and returns the file transfer notice to the original unit; Indivials shall file their ID cards and resignation and dismissal documents

(3) graates of ordinary colleges and universities

(a) ring the employment period, the graates of ordinary colleges and universities should hold the employment registration certificate (open to our center or the personnel agency unit of our center); If the employment registration certificate does not meet the requirements, the graates can choose to apply for it after the change or not. The school will issue the "file transfer form" and the list of file materials

(b) graates of all kinds of colleges and universities who have exceeded the employment period and have not gone through the employment proceres shall provide the post graation work experience certificate and work appraisal, employment registration certificate or academic certification report for filing

(4) the employment and other social management personnel in non-public units should provide the work experience certificate and work appraisal, and go through the filing proceres by holding the filing introction letter or indivial application entrusted by the employment unit

(5) transfer from talent service agency to

(a) apply for commercial transfer letter at provincial talent center with my ID card or social security card and Zhengzhou unit labor contract (work certificate)

(b) go back to the local place to transfer personnel files

after the integrity, authenticity and uniqueness of the above archives are reviewed, the archiving proceres shall be handled; If there are serious problems with the archival materials, they shall be returned to the original unit; The archives of the persons who are close to or have reached the retirement age will be transferred along with the endowment insurance relationship after going through the retirement proceres in the original unit
