區塊鏈（Blockchain），是比特幣的一個重要概念，它本質上是一個去中心化的資料庫，同時作為比特幣的底層技術，是一串使用密碼學方法相關聯產生的數據塊，每一個數據塊中包含了一批次比特幣網路交易的信息，用於驗證其信息的有效性（防偽）和生成下一個區塊。
Ⅵ 高盛這些投行到底在幹些什麼業務啊，為什麼能對全世界產生那麼大的影響呢
國外的投行以券商為基礎，像高盛、美林、摩根大通等都是券商。
而國內的投行大多是銀行的一個部門。
從監管法律來看，銀行是不允許進行投資的，所以銀行的投資只能以貸款的形式存在，所以就沒有並購收購、非上市公司股權投資等標准投行業務。在國內充當類國際投行的業務的是信託公司。
而國際幾大投行高盛、摩根斯坦利之類，他們是國際傳統投行，有著專業的投研團隊，對每一個行業每一個領域有著專門的分析和研究，對行業的專營導致他們可以在全世界范圍內，以高盛的名義籌措資金，做各種並購收購、股權投資等案例。聯想收購IBM實際就是高盛操作的經典案例，由於聯想迫於PC主機市場的銷量壓力，而IBM在那個階段PC部門大幅虧損，但是具有國際品牌效應。高盛在做了相當大的調研之後，才能撮合聯想收購了IBM的PC部門。
這就是高盛這類投行牛的地方，敏銳的市場洞察力加上專業的談判能力等等。
